Sataya Reef (Dolphin House) – Dance with Dolphins in the Wild

Welcome to one of the most heartwarming encounters in the Red Sea. Sataya Reef, often called Dolphin House, is a shallow, turquoise lagoon where large pods of spinner dolphins live year-round. You’ll have the rare chance to snorkel or dive alongside them in their natural habitat, witnessing their playful twirls and synchronized swims. The reef itself is alive with butterflyfish, puffers, parrotfish, and shimmering blue tangs. A peaceful, unforgettable experience that touches even the most seasoned diver.

Wadi Gamal National Park – Coral Gardens in Full Bloom

Tucked along Egypt’s untouched southern coastline, Wadi Gamal is a protected marine paradise. A sprawling reef system south of Marsa Alam, Fury Shoals offers endless diversity and discovery. Dive Sha’ab Claudio for its cathedral-like swim-throughs glowing with filtered sunlight. Explore Malahi’s coral maze, where turtles often hide among the labyrinthine passages. Visit Abu Galawa Soraya, where a small wreck lies peacefully surrounded by glassfish and branching coral. Departure & Return Details

  • Boarding Time: Day 1 – from 5:00 PM (17:00)
  • Guests are welcome to board the boat from 5 PM onwards. Upon arrival, you'll settle into your cabin, attend a welcome briefing, and enjoy your first dinner onboard. Navigation may begin that evening or early the next morning.
  • Disembarkation Time: Day 7 – by 10:00 AM
  • After your final dive and breakfast, we return to port. Disembarkation and airport/hotel transfers will take place between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.

NOTE: Please make sure your flights allow enough time before boarding on Day 1 and after disembarking on Day 7. We’re happy to help with pre- or post-cruise accommodations if needed.

  • Welcome briefing, cabin check-in, dinner onboard, overnight at port or first navigation.
  • Days 2–6 – Diving Adventure:
  • Up to 3–4 dives per day
  • Dive sites: Fury Shoals, Sataya Reef, Wadi Gamal, Sha’ab Claudio, Sha’ab Maksur, Elphinstone...
  • Night dives & sunrise dives
  • Time to relax, enjoy meals, sunsets, and stargazing on deck
  • Day 7 – Last Dive & Return:
  • Morning dive (optional), breakfast, navigation back to port
  • Disembarkation and transfer to airport or hotel.

To join this South Route liveaboard, you need to have at least an Open Water certification. Some dive sites on this route, like Elphinstone, have strong currents and deeper profiles, so prior experience is essential to ensure safety and enjoyment. If you’re unsure whether this trip suits your level, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to advise.

Yes, Nitrox is available for certified divers at an additional cost. If you’d like to use Nitrox during the trip, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. It’s a great option for longer, deeper dives and maximizing your bottom time safely.

You’ll need your dive certification, logbook, and personal dive gear. If you don’t have your own equipment, rental gear is available upon request. We provide tanks, weights, and belts onboard.

We offer flexible cancellation policies, and you’re always covered with our support team. Contact us as early as possible to review your options. We also recommend travel and dive insurance for extra peace of mind.

Yes, dive insurance is mandatory for all divers and travel insurance is highly recommended. It’s important for your safety and peace of mind in case of unexpected changes or emergencies.

The boat has standard European sockets (220V) available in all cabins and common areas. You can charge phones, cameras, dive computers, and batteries with no problem.

All of our dive guides speak English, and briefings are conducted in English by default. If you require assistance in another language, just let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We offer full board with an open buffet every day, including three delicious meals, plus snacks, fruits, tea, and coffee between dives. Meals are freshly prepared and feature a variety of international and Egyptian dishes. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies — we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
